Hi, i wanna buy lenovo y580 for medium gaming. I found 2 at the same price that have the same everything except...

One has 7200rpm 500gb with dedicated NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 660M,

The other has 5400rpm 1tb with Intel HD Graphics 4000 in Processor, and Dedicated NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 660M.

Im thinking about getting the 5400rpm with 2 graphics n then upgrade to 7200 later on. What do you guys think?

You will be able to switch to Intel 4000 on the computer with the 7200rpm drive, it just doesn't specify. But, it really does you not good to switch to Intel 4000 unless you are looking to save a little bit of power. Really, what it comes down to it how much storage you need. In my opinion, go for the 1TB option, because it is always better to have more storage than storage that is a little faster.

Both of those graphics set up are exactly the same, the Intel is just the integrated graphics on the chip, both system have it, one just doesn't call it out.
** is not a second graphics card** - the NVidia card overrides the Intel integrated when installed.
I would go with the faster, 7200rpm HDD every time.
External storage these days is dirt cheap. Get a 2TB external if you need the storage, install the faster speed HDD.
