The PC version of Batman Arkham Knight has severe performance issues; so much so that it is not currently being sold. It is expected to be patched sometime this month, but there is no concrete date when the patch will be released and when it will be made available for sale.
There are no benchmarks for the Radeon R9 m375 yet, but Notebookcheck.net has currently ranked it between the nVidia 920m and 930m; obviously it is expected to be more powerful than the Radeon R7 m360. However, that still means that the Radeon R9 m375 is not a very capable GPU. Generally speaking, "hardcore" laptop gamers considers anything below the nVidia GTX 850m / 950m to be weak GPUs.
