Lenovo Z70-80 Ram Upgrade

Hi everyone i have a problem with my New ram, as you can se in the photo http/ http/ i have bought a used Ram Part Number (RTM3160ED58E9W1600) the (RTM3170ME68F9F1600) it was already installed.As you can se in the picture my windows recognize only 4 GB of memory and CPU Z se 8 GB of memory BIOS se 4 GB memory.So is there a limitation of the model laptop or the second pair of RAM doesn't matche with the curenlty installed.

Earlier versions of Windows only recognise up to 4GB of ram ... update your OS to a kater 64Bit OS ... then you can make use of the 8GB !!
