Lexmark Fax Solutions/Magic Jack

Hello,
When I try to use Lex.fax sol. with my magic jack phone it says there is no dialtone. Are the two compatible?

I faxed just fine using my Interpret S405 all in one from Lexmark over a Magic Jack phone line, so it must work. My problem is, I just downloaded the Lexmark Fax Solutions software and can't get it to open/do anything.

Help?
