LFE Both or Subwoofer Only?

Hi, i have a 5.1 CH Yamaha Amplifier and there's a setting that let me choose LFE Both or Sub Only.
I really confused with this, should i choose both with all (centre, L/R, rear) to large, or i choose small with subwoofer only?

depends on how big your speakers are, and how well they can cope with low frequencies. But try it and see what you think, listen to something that uses the sub and see what you think, you might find your speakers make it sound less precise than your sub would.

Floorstanding Speakers (Front L/R), can produce 31hz - 20khz about 24inch height

btw, i found the comfortable settings for me, i set my speakers to small, even my front speaker should be "large" and i set the LFE to both, and i feel that there's more bass management on "LFE BOTH" settings. am i correct doing this? thank you
oh also i set the sub crossover from 80Hz to 100Hz.
