Question lg 65uh5500 will not turn on. red light flashes 3 times and goes out

65" LG TV 65uh5500 will not turn on. Lg screen flashes on for 1 second when first plugged in then goes out,then red light flashes 3 times then goes out.

Why won't my LG lg65uh5500 turn on. When you first plug it in the LG screen flashes on for a second then turns off, then a red light at bottom left flashes 3 times and goes out. TV was made in 2016 ?
