LG Android Tablet Keeps Bugging Me. How Do I Stop It?

I purchased an LG G Pad f7.0 last week. Every time I fire it up, it tries to get me to register for a Sprint data plan. I have no use for a mobile data plan, my wi-fi is enough for me. Wish I could get this thing to stop trying to sign me up. Any ideas?

Problem somewhat solved. Removed SIM card and did a factory reset. Now it just asks the minute I power it up, as opposed to repeatedly asking me later, too. I can live with that for $58US.
