Solved! Lg C9 “Not Programmed”

My LG C9 says “Not Programmed”. I understand why, but how do I get rid of this message when I have no flow tv to tune/programme? I don’t get any tv signal from cable, antenna or otherwise. I only stream via built-in apps.

Is there any way to get rid of the message? LG support just told me ‘no’ and say it’s not a fault with the tv.
