LG G Stylo dropped in water

I dropped it in water for about 5 seconds and the led comes on and stays red and phone vibrates every few seconds. Should I just replace it or can I somehow dry it out more? Also the screen stays black.

How long did you leave it to dry? If you try to turn it on before it's fully dry it can damage it further. It takes at least a day or two to dry. If it's been drying for a while, you can try to take it apart and clean off the connections to see if that helps, but likely the thing is dead.
