i have a ( LG 5.1Ch DVD Home Theater System - dh4530t)
i problems that i found with this product is the below
1 - i cant play any thing from a flash drive unless its FAT 32 which limits my options
2- it doesn't read external Hard drives
3- if i want the 5 speakers to work i must play a blueray CD/DVD

What i have done as a work around solution
1 - i connected the home theater with my lg hdtv with ( a right left channel side --- into the headphones side) .. now i am using 4 speakers and a sub woofer

2- i made the ( fornt & rear speakers share the +ve and -ve ports) ( same done with the left side )

Welcome to the downfalls of a "home theater in a box", which shouldn't even be called that.

If you're connected from the AUX, you could try pressing the sound effect mode button and switch to NAT PLUS

The NAT PLUS is Natural Plus
sound effect. You can enjoy
the natural sound effect same
as a 5.1-channel.

Might use all speakers.
