LG Leon System Data

Is there a way to shrink the size of the misc system data on an LG Leon without rooting it or installing another operating system? I would like to get rid of this huge chunk of data, it's over half my internal memory! If I can't get rid of it is there a way to compress it so it takes up less space? I do NOT want to root my phone.
