LG telly to Sony Giga Juke stereo.

Help!! Anyone know how I can connect my LG telly, 42LD450 to my Sony Giga Juke stereo? Is it as simple as 3.5mm jack plug male to male out of the back of the telly into the front of the stereo? Or is there a better way, without cutting the tv speakers out?
Any help or suggestion would be hugely appreciated, thanks. Dan.

Okay, the Sony speakers are almost certainly better than the TV speakers, so I would cut them out and using a cable will do that, you can use a 3.5mm stereo cable or you could also use a RCA cable as well (the one with the red and white plugs) depending on what audio outputs the TV has
