LG VS Vizio 50" LED TV Which One?

So I found 2 TV's within my price range, both are $700, that I would like to buy to replace a crappy old rear projection TV. I'm not a big TV watcher, don't care about blue ray and all that fancy crap. Pretty much all I watch is some HD channels on cable, and movies/tv shows that I stream from my computer via HDMI cable. Here are the 2

VIZIO 50” Class LED Smart TV E500i-A1

The only big different I can see is the Vizio is a Smart TV, which I could care less about, I would probably never use those features. I also have owned a 32" Vizio TV for 4 years and have never had a problem with it, great little bedroom TV. Which one would you recommend?
