Locked up printer

We had a bad storm and my electricity went out. Everything in our house came back but my Printer is looked up. It gives me no way to unlock it. I have unplugged and the plugged the printer back in but it is still locked.

It tells me that the system administrator locked but I didn't lock it was caused by the storm and now I can't. get logged in.

Do you mean your computer? Or what your printer make and model that required login?

My Hp printer officejet 6600 is locked up.

you can try resetting it, but it going to lose all previous settings.

It is a Efficiency and high performance printing is essential in the production of high quality prints, but at such issues any device may have such problems. To resolve such issues try to un-install the drivers and re-install the printer drivers.
As the hp lock setting will be remove from the system files and re-installation will add up some new features and ehnace the printer proformances too.

don't link to 3rd party "free" driver when HP have it.
