I recently did a complete system reset, thinking the reason for my computer constantly getting the blue screen of death, was a possible virus I had somehow gotten. (I always got the uncorrectable error) I had tried doing the system repair option before I decided to do so, but it never showed a problem. So today, after my computer was finally done with the reset, I didn't think any problem would be present. I was obviously wrong, but this time when I chose the repair option, it said it was unable to repair it itself and said the problem was: Log file C:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt
I've been trying to contact Microsoft, hoping they could help with this, but they seem to be impossible to reach. Can anyone help me out here?

[strike]that the log file with the reason why the reset failed. go there and read it[/strike]

Yeah, none of those worked for me. I tried those before posting my question.
