Login in to local wifi

I am trying to log in to a local hot-spot on my computer. Now the problem is that it does connect and the password page appears so I then log in but thanks doesn't connect it shoes like a locker photo and says "your connection is not private" and more under that . What do I do to allow local connect tons?

Did you try ask the owner of that wifi?

We'll it looks like it is more of changing my privacy settings somewhere on my laptop but I have yet to find it I don't know.
