Solved! Logitech z333 headphone jack on control pod not working

Hi, I'm facing an issue whereby when i connect my earpiece to the control pod, there are no sound from both speaker and earpiece. Does anyone has a solution for me?

I would prefer to connect my eapriece through the pod when playing game as my eapriece cable is not long enough to any movement when I connect it directly on my CPU which is on my floor.

Test with another headphones, if that does not work the jack could simply be broken. You can try cleaning it with some contact cleaner and something small and soft like a pipe cleaner.
