Looking for a Camera that records 1080p/pictures and if possible at 60 fps

My budget is 200-300 but if you can keep in mind currency I use is in euros so if you could help me pick a good camera for taking pictures and recording I would much appreciate I want to take pictures in door and outdoor mostly in door and do you have any recommendations as I'm new to photo productivity I've been trying to take photos and videos of my computer builds with my phone it just isn't doing it for me so and the phone keeps picking up the reflection of my monitor any ideas to help me Thanks

Um, maybe a D3200 used? Other than that, your options are limited to compact cameras without interchangeable lenses. If I still had my D3200 I would have sold it to you.
