Looking over Amazon, it seems that the only good <$200 laptops are Chromebooks, but they can't run crap, so I'm looking to see if a Windows laptop in that category exists.
The following 14" Acer Aspire 1 laptop running Windows 10 is currently selling for $200. It has an Intel Celeron N3450, a rather low quality 1080p screen, and 32GB of eMMC storage.
If you're looking for new, anything in that price range is crap with a very low performance CPU. You're better off saving your money. Once you get to the $350 - 400 range, you can find a new laptop with an Intel Core i3 CPU and 8GB of RAM. These perform well for productivity work, web use, movie watching and light web based games. The other choice is to look for used or refurbished laptops with an older i5 or i7 CPU.

Any laptop you find under $200 will be like watching paint dry.

Alrighty then. I will take that into consideration!
