Looking for a desktop replacement laptop (Budget $2000)

I'm looking for a laptop with these features:
- big screen (17" and up)
- touch (win 8 friendly)
- ssd harddrive
- intel haswell cpu
- great stability and long life cause it's gonna be a desktop replacement
- doesn't have any heat or fan issues
- good gaming power

Both are great for gaming. One has SSD and the other BD. Pick one & enjoy.
