Looking for how to fix my 48"Hisense smart TV.The screen has no picture unless you shine a light on the screen how do I fix this issue?

The backlight has most likely failed/blown and will need to be replaced.

If it's still under warranty, contact the manufacturer. If warranty has expired get a repair estimate from a TV repair centre (if they still exist). Might be cheaper just to buy a new TV unless existing one was a super expensive model (unlikely if it's made by Hisense).
