Looking for a good hd high quality camcorder for under £200

Hi guys i am looking for a good camcorder that can record in 720p or 1080p and be high quality (not grainy or has motion blur) because i want to try filming things for fun

That is roughly 162.64 pound sterling. It is the only one in that price range that I could find that includes and microphone and headphone inputs. It can also record at 60 fps which will help reduce motion blur. The drawback is that it is NTSC and not PAL. I could not find a PAL equivalent.
