looking for a good system monitor

What is a good program to use to monitor over all system health (i.e. CPU temp voltage usage, GPU temp voltage usage et cetera) that isn't resource intensive?

I recommend you use both Sysinternals Suite and HWMonitor to meet your needs. Both are free, and Sysinternals is just about one of the best suites around -- it's made by Russinovich, the god of the Windows kernel (who has been working at Microsoft now for quite some time).
