Looking for a laptop which can run League of Legends at high fps, like 100 fps at med/high settings around 900-1000$.

Hello,
I'm looking for a laptop that can run stuff like league of legends at around 100 fps at med/high settings, the higher the better. Also I'd like to bring my laptop to school, so around 17 inch would be great. It's not a big deal if it's bigger, because I got a laptop from my school aswell which I could use for my schoolwork. I can spend around 900-1000$, but it's no problem if it's a little more expensive or cheaper. Can you guys tell me what laptop to buy?

Alright, that's good to hear. I don't really know much about laptops etc. What gaming laptop do you suggest? What laptop would get me the highest fps with these settings?

Any laptop with a discrete GPU like GTX 860m/960m will run LoL with no problems, but laptops usually have 60Hz screens so even if you get around 100fps you won't be able to see more than 60fps.

Alright, thanks for your answers. Isn't there a laptop around this price mark which can run LOL at around 100 fps? Because I really want to play at high fps. My laptop runs LOL at 30 fps and it's so annoying.. I'm hoping there is a laptop that can run LOL at 100 fps or something. Can you link a laptop? Thanks for ur help

The 14" Lenovo Y40 and 15.6" Lenovo Y50 laptops are both capable of running LoL at very high FPS.

The Y40 is less expensive since it only has a dual core CPU (which is fine for LoL) instead of a quad core CPU. The Radeon R9 M275 is also a bit less powerful compared to the GTX 860m, but for LoL it does not make a difference. Those GPUs should be able to render 100 FPS in LoL, but since the LCD screen only operates at 60Hz only at most 60 FPS will be displayed.

If you connect the laptop to a monitor capable of operating at 120Hz, then you can potentially see up to 120 FPS. There are a few laptops with 100Hz or 120Hz LCD screens, but I think they start at around $1,500.
