Looking for A Multi Wattage Power Adapter

Ok Team i have a bit of a long one here...

I work for a re-manufacturer that specializes in Laptop Refurbishment...
The issue that i have been given is we are looking for a Power Adapter that would be able to use multiple types of Wattage outputs by using a selector of some kind (Button/Knob/etc)....
These would be on Dell branded Laptops so the Wattage would vary from 60 watt to 135 watt...

Let me know if you all have anything close to what im describing because so far ive come up with ziltch....

Using a higher-wattage adapter on a laptop that requires a lower wattage adapter is perfectly fine. The laptop will only draw as much power as needed.

I'd be far more concerned about making sure that it was properly UL listed and safely designed.
