Toshiba Satellite Power Adapter

I have a Toshiba Satellite P55w-C5204 laptop. I need a new power adapter. The one that came with the computer has the following:
Input: 100-240v - 1.3a 50-60 Hz
Output: 19v = 2.37a
Cannot find wattage

The new one that I am looking at has the following:
Input: 100-240V
Output: 19v 3.16A
Wattage: 60W (45W ok)

Will the new power adapter be ok for my laptop?

I have looked through your forum but I am not clear on an answer so I am asking specific to my circumstance. I apologize for any duplication. Thank you.

Do a web search for "Toshiba Satellite P55w power adapter" would be better than listing specs on some random adapter without any info about what brand and model it is.
