That laptop is too old to play those games. The CPU is decent enough but the integrated graphics is terrible.

For $300 you are not going to get much of a laptop and you will be limited to playing on low settings. The following Toshiba Satellite with the AMD A8-6410. It is not a very powerful laptop at all, but it is better for games than that used laptop you linked to.

There are not a lot of youtube videos using an AMD A8-6410 APU with it's integrated Radeon R5 graphics core. However, there are plenty of videos of games being play on a laptop with a Core i3 or Core i5 CPU (more powerful than the A8-6410) using the Intel HD 4400 (which is more powerful than the Radeon R5). You can do a youtube search on the phrase "Intel HD 4400" and the name of the game to see if there any such recorded games. Obviously since the A8-6410 is weaker than the Core i3 / i5 CPUs with the Intel HD 4400 graphics core, you will have lower performance.

Here's an example of Wow being played on a Core i3-4010u. I do not play the game, but I expect in raids the performance will be lower than what you see.

The following link is to Dragon Age: Inquisition being played on a Surface Pro 3 using a Core i3-4020y and the Intel HD 4200. The The processing power of this Core i3 CPU is still a bit better than the A8-6410, but the Intel HD 4200 is roughly equal to the Radeon R5. It is a long video so you can get a better idea of the performance vs. a short video.
