So I'm looking for a new laptop. I already have 3 candidates but I'm undecided.

1) Dell XPS 15 9560
-i5/i7 8gb, GTX 1050, SSD

2) Dell Precision M5510
-i5/i7 8gb Quaddro M1000M 2gb, SSD

3) Dell Precision M5520
-i5/i7 8gb, Quaddro M1200M 4gb, SSD

I'm leaning towards the M5520/M5510 because of the better build quality & quality control. But my only concern is the ability to play games on those laptops. Games would be played here and there, csgo, league, basic games, maybe overwatch, maybe older games like left 4 dead 2, etc.

Main difference from all of those laptops are the graphics cards. M5510/M5520 having the quaddro cards and the XPS 15 having the GTX 1050.

If you're using these for work then I would buy the Quaddro, but don't expect 60 FPS settings or anything. Do check out the 1060 6GB laptops. I have one and it's great: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834154674&cm_re=msi_gs63vr-_-34-154-674-_-Product

If you're going to play games, don't buy a Quaddro. Those are workstation laptops and won't handle the fast redraws required by games. For the price you can get a 1060 6GB laptop and that will be a far better GPU to play games on.

I like the design of those laptops in general. The work being done will focus more on video editing and working with VMs on a ESXi host. The games aren't a high priority but I would like to be able to play some on it.
