Looking for a PCIe motherboard laptop

Hi, I'm looking for a laptop that has a pcie motherboard that has it's cpu, gpu, NOT soldered onto it. I have been told that the cheapest one that is available is the sager NP8250 but that doesn't make any sense to me ecuase thousands of people on youtube have cheap laptops and they're upgrading and switching they're cpu, and GPU's so, please help me clarify, Thank you in advance

Many laptops have non soldered cpu's(many soldered units are netbooks, and ultrabooks) but upgradable gpu's are not nearly as common and usually only found on higher end more expensive laptops. The most common type of upgradable graphics in a laptop is MXM.
