I have had a pair of M50 headphones http://www.audio-technica.com/cms/headphones/0edf909675b1be4d/index.html for about 2 years and I love them, they're great! The only problem is the size. I know that they are intended for studio use (which is how I use them), but when I'm at the gym or at work I like to listen to music. Portability and size are some issues that I have yet to deal with.
Audio-Technica has a wide selection of earbuds, but so far I have not been able to find very many [any] "no frills" or barebones buds. I have a drawer of buds from highend skullcandy (as high end as they can get) to polk, but nothing comes close to the fidelity of overhead phones.
Does anybody have and flat/crisp earbud recommendations? I would prefer to keep it under $200 as I do not like having to worry about theft, misplacement, etc. flange tips are great as they are the only type of buds that stay in my ear albeit very uncomfortably.
Thanks

(don't really care about the ear band, just the most "basic" set they have)[/strike] not liking the specs, but its the closest I can find to the no longer made buds I had a while back (can't remember the model #)
