My son did a "factory restore" on my gateway NE56R41u computer. Now when I turn it on it says:
Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation."
BUT.....it won't let me do ANYTHING!! Help me.........please!!

The reason i say excellent is b/c if you updated it to 10, you can basically reinstall windows 10 easily and it should activate automatically. You can use the windows media creation tool from microsoft website to make a usb or disc that you can then use to reinstall windows 10 to your glitched computer.

when you make the new usb installer or disc, you'll want to make sure that you click the thing that says "for another pc" additionally, you'll want to select either 32bit or 64bit version.. whichever you had before (most likely 64bit)
