Looking for DAC amp for HD650s

Hi all I'm look for a good usb DAC headphone amp that can power the HD650s for around £60, I was originally looking at the FiiO E10K Olympus but am unaware or whether or not it will be able to power the HD650s as it's rated for 150 ohms

Those would be wonderful but Schiit products are hard to get ahold of in the UK

I'm just wondering if the E10K would be powerful enough to drive the HD650 well for a few months until I can upgrade at a later point in time

from what i've read it does seem like people have used it with the hd650 although many people are certainly saying something stronger would be ideal.
