If you want to play BF4 on ultra settings (with playable frame rates), you'll need atleast an 860M GTX. The same goes for WatchDogs on medium settings.

In your price range, I'd check out this laptop (http://www.amazon.com/Acer-Aspire-V3-772G-5413-17-3-Inch-Sophisticated/dp/B00K2O4S0W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1405472755&sr=8-1&keywords=850m+laptop).

It should be able to run BF4 in medium to high settings.

Additionally, if you want to pay a couple hundred dollars more, I'd recommend this (http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-N550JK-DS71T-15-6-Inch-Touchscreen-Laptop/dp/B00IAA5BSS/ref=psdc1_t2_B00K2O4S0W_B00IAA5BSS).

It's going to be difficult to find a 860M GTX for under $1,000, but in that price range a 850M is more accessible! :)

I would build it myself and it is pretty straight forward with a barebones kit from TigerDirect or go to pcpartpicker and choose your parts individually with pricing and compatibility.
