I had some siberia v2's, but I had to take them back because they were broken, i've gotten a refund, because the customer service were pretty slow, what upgrade can I get from this? I'd just like some preferably surround headset, because I play a lot of FPS', and also a microphone that is noise cancelling and doesn't create static.

Solution
I play a lot of CoD multiplayer and I use the Plantronics 780. A lot of people say how loud I am and that I'm louder than anything in the game,so I need to reduce the mic volume every time I play CoD. It's that good.
Pros: Good sound quality, excellent mic, circumaural, has surround sound, very comfortable.
Cons: I wish it had a better sound quality, but don't get me wrong,it's pretty good.It just wasn't as I expected it to be when I bought them.
Razer Kraken 7.1 are also great headsets. So are Turtle Beach Z22.All are great headsets and you defintiely won't regret buying them.
Get whichever one you like the most.
If you want the best of the best,Astro A50s are the way to go.But they are priced at $250. :)
All the best. ;)

Im getting £400 out the bank soon, and I could probably pay a bit more for another headset. Im using a pc 310 sennheiser headset, i've had it since i got my pc and its been loyal since. Do you have any experience with sennheiser? I've got 3 im looking at right now. The game zero, the game one, or the pc 350 SE, the 350 looks quite nice, with 4.5/5 stars on amazon and some good reviews about them.

There's nothing wrong really about the 310, i'd just like an upgrade to maybe the sound and definitely the mic, the mic isn't too good, but not awful, and the sound is good, but it won't hurt getting an upgrade, right?

I think you won't.Maybe you will,I don't know. That depends. If the headsets are mad at you and they want to eat you, that might be the only "hurtful part" while using them. :D
I would get the G430,I read some reviews and people are really happy with them.Just make sure that you don't make them mad. ;)

I dont know, i want to try the 350 se because i dont trust low price headsets because the ones that have been giving me problems have been under £100, i'll try the 350 se, if it is somehow bad, i'll then try the g430.

I'll try them out for you if you would like, i think I will take them instead because usb sounds a lot less hassle, because the 350 needs a good soundcard to work the best, and currently i dont have one, based on your positivity on the headset, I'll start looking towards the g430. I'll read a few more reviews about them, also I saw a video on youtube where theres a problem with the g430 mic for a lot of people, the video of course showing a fix. uh oh.

From what I've read the snowball should be better sound quality wise, but it will pick up more ambient noise since the mic isn't right next to your mouth. If you can I would go for a mod mic, but if that doesn't fit your budget go with the Zalman I posted and do this mod to help reduce ambient noise:
