I had some siberia v2's, but I had to take them back because they were broken, i've gotten a refund, because the customer service were pretty slow, what upgrade can I get from this? I'd just like some preferably surround headset, because I play a lot of FPS', and also a microphone that is noise cancelling and doesn't create static.

Solution
I play a lot of CoD multiplayer and I use the Plantronics 780. A lot of people say how loud I am and that I'm louder than anything in the game,so I need to reduce the mic volume every time I play CoD. It's that good.
Pros: Good sound quality, excellent mic, circumaural, has surround sound, very comfortable.
Cons: I wish it had a better sound quality, but don't get me wrong,it's pretty good.It just wasn't as I expected it to be when I bought them.
Razer Kraken 7.1 are also great headsets. So are Turtle Beach Z22.All are great headsets and you defintiely won't regret buying them.
Get whichever one you like the most.
If you want the best of the best,Astro A50s are the way to go.But they are priced at $250. :)
All the best. ;)

just got them, the sound quality is good, and so is the mic, i got one problem though, whenever i play league of legends, the game i first tried, whenever im in the launcher and it creates a sound, say after someone types or i click a button, it creates a half a second long static after, why is this?

i can also hear a slight hiss when i listen to music too. its not too loud, but its clearly audible. this is a bit disappointing.

I don't know.
Try some other games,I think that you won't get that.
If you keep getting that same static over and over again, then it's the headsets.
If not,then it's the game.
I haven't had that problems myself,but I don't play LoL.

everytime some one talks in chat, it makes a little bloop sound, and it creates a half second static after it, the same kind of static and duration. maybe it might just the game, also when my friend talks in teamspeak i also get the static after he stops talking which is quite annoying.

im just plugging them in the front of my pc, in one of the 2 blue usbs, i also tried putting it in one of the 2 black usbs to the right of it, there was also a few places where i can plug it into at the back of my pc, but i have no clue where to put it into.

Im using the blue one, this also includes all of the problems happened when i was using the blue usb.

Well my friend,I think we have identified the problem.
You shouldn't plug in those super high quality expensive headsets on front of the PC,no,no.
You see these six I/O slots at the bottom on a rectangle?

The green one and the pink one.
That's where the headsets should go.
If that doesn't fix the problem, then it's a faulty headsets,if you haven't had this problem on your other headsets.
The headset cable goes into the green one, while the mic cable goes into the pink one,if you get what I'm trying to say.
Hope it fixes the problem.

mines a usb, i just moved it from the front to the back, theres 4 usb's at the back, both my keyboard and mouse is plugged in, i didnt realise until now though, that 2 usbs are just above them, thats where i put my headset, should i keep it there, or should i move it lower to where you suggested?

Ok, Ive narrowed it down to 2 places where I can put my USB, like i said, with my mouse or keyboard, or i can go lower, to where it says bios usb, and it has 2 usbs, one of them has a green box around it.
