iPhones do have pretty good hearing aid support, and you can modify text size in options in pretty much any phone, they have accessibility settings. You may want to look at the lower end but larger screen phones that have lower resolution, that will make items on the screen larger. Maybe the Moto G6 Play, over 5" screen and 720p resolution.
