Looking for IP security cameras

This search has apparently been a lot harder than I would have expected. I'm looking for an outdoor IP camera, power-over-ethernet, at least 1080 resolution, night-vision, and 2-way audio. The audio is what's making the search hard. I use an laview NVR that supports ONVIF and most network cameras. PZT would be a bonus, but not required. I also don't want to break the bank and would prefer to spend less than $100 on the camera. Any recommendations?

That one doesn't support power over ethernet, its wireless with a separate power cord which dangles out in the open unsecurely. Not to mention it only records at 20fps. So overall it's a rather poorly designed camera. But thanks anyway.
