Looking for software for assigning task

Hello all,

I'm looking for a online software, where I can list a bunch of tasks, and people ( who have the link to the board) could claim or commit to these tasks. And when someones claims a task, the other users can't claim it anymore. It displays something like " Jon has claimed this task".

Any online software recommendation would be appreciated.

Sorry I wasn't clear. I want to create a private group. Only people who have access to the link can assign themselves tasks. Kinda like a issue tracker just for task.
