iam having a problem in start up my pc its not getting started i use win8 32 bit so as i getting my windows starting loading nd suddenly appearing as UR PC RAN INTO A PROBLEM PL WAIT WHILE IT NEEDS TO RESTART and its not able to complete the process and its starting again and repeating many times can u get me out of this problem

Try re-installing windows.have u recently by any chance upgraded ur os?
