Lost phone number

Lost my phone on the 4th of July and had my best friend's phone contacts in my old phone I don't know her number by heart and she's probably calling my old phone not knowing that I lost my old phone I can call her and tell her I don't know her phone number but I went to the company and they turned off my phone my old phone so still going to be able to call her and talk to her how can I get her phone number please help please please please

If your phone is a smartphone, it may have saved your contacts to Google/Apple/Microsoft servers. Logging into your account using a computer should let you view them.

Normally, a phone company will let you re-use the number from a lost/stolen phone. Have you tried getting a new phone from them?

Email? Look her up in the phone book? Mutual friends?
