Lots of hot air

My new i7-4810mq portable workstation manages it's internal temperature fine, hot but stable.

but the air coming out the side is 145 degrees Fahrenheit when the system is busy aND the temp goes up very fast.. So I am very uncomfortable.

Does anyone have a laptop suggestion that won't melt me?

It does it job by pushing hot air out so the inside is cooler. Turn it off is the only option or use the laptop in a cool environment.

well i am just doing yahoo email and browsing the net and the air is 120 degrees. somebody must do a better job.
