Question Loud buzzing coming from my soundcard

There's a loud static noise coming from my soundcard whenever I play 3d games or use the mouse. I noticed the graphics card has coil whining, but this didn't use to affect the sound before the last month. It only happens with the soundcard sound, the onboard sound is fine.
Could it be the PSU? Because I think it may be malfunctioning.

Motherboard: MSI 970
Sound card: Sound Blaster Z
PSU: NOX 750 VX
Graphics card: GTX 1060

Could be the PSU or the driver of the sound card or the sound card itself

did you try unplugging the sound card and replugging it? Eventually try a different PCIe port

I changed the PSU and the wiring to no avail. I also tried plugging the sound card on all posible PCIe slots and reinstalling the drivers. It could be related to the drivers since the issue started around the time I updated them to the last version, but I can't roll back to prevoius versions. No changes on the noise so far.
