[strike]Those results look completely normal for your setup.[/strike]
It looks like I misspoke. I was having trouble getting good information on 3DMark11, but it's looking now like you should be getting about 6300-6700(?) with that CPU at stock speed. Do you know what the timings on your RAM are? That probably wouldn't be the biggest deal, but thought I'd check. My guess is that there's something running in the background that's taking up a good chunk of your CPU. Does the CPU show any usage at idle?
How would I figure out the timing of my ram?
I restarted my computer and turned off some applications and that bumped my score by about 200 (almost hit 6000).
But...

Those are close to normal scores. Normal would be 6500 ish.
Is that really the case? Well, even if it isn't, it may have just been 3DMark 11 (I don't know how possible/common that might be)... Because I tried using Passmark and my CPU's score was at what it should be (although I don't know how different that is from how 3DMark gets the physics score).
Perhaps everything is just fine and I am worry too much :O
