Mac + PC Connectivity

I'm completely unsure where to put this -
I'm wondering if anyone has some recommendations for good Apps, or ways to better sync my systems together - I have a Windows 10 PC in my office, a MacBook Pro, and my Dell work laptop.

I'm a developer, and I'm constantly switching systems; My current system works (Using a lot of C9, hosting all my SQL programs on an IDE... but it's messy, especially when the Mac is involved.

So just curious on recommendations others have. Doesn't have to be programming related, could just be basic file related. Always enjoy hearing other peoples ideas.

Laptop: MacBook Pro (Maverick), Dell Latitude.
PC: Windows 10
Phone: iPhone
Tablet: Android.

are you talking about services such as google drive? I used it and it works well. I've tried Onedrive for business and Onedrive (regular) but I switched to google drive.
