mac/pc malware antivirus

I have a mac with parallels hosting windows 10. Is there a malware &/or anti virus the can cover both?

You will have to install the antivirus software on the MacOS and on Windows OS.
Some will allow you to install in several devices with one license.
Bitdefender, Norton Security and Kaspersky.
