mail suddenly missing in windows live email

I have suddenly lost all of the mail that was in junk mail. Inbox is still there, sent mail, etc....only the junk mail went missing. All of it. It was not deleted, as much of it I need. Windows Live sends good stuff to junk email, where I left it. How can I recover it?

A lot of online mail programs delete Junk Mail Folder after some time, usually 30 days. If it was "good mail", why is it in the Junk Folder? Had you moved it out ofd there (and clicked on "Not Junk"), future emails would probably not land there.

As for "recovery" - it is an online service, call their support.

They were "receipt" emails from my e-commerce website so it was kind of nice to send them to junk mail, even though I wanted them. Kept clutter out of our inbox. We had it set not to auto delete anything, and suddenly today, they're all gone.

When I looked online, I found that there is no support for Windows Live Mail anymore. I'll look again, just in case. Thank you
