Malware Bytes cannot remove unwanted programs permanently

I have been trying to uninstall a software called "Oursurfing" which I by mistake installed on my PC which resulted in slow PC(CPU usage never went below 70%).
So I uninstalled it from control panel and deleted the remaining folders and files, but that didn't solved my problem so I scanned my PC with malware-bytes and found that the software was hiding some where in the system and deleted it , and it fixed the problem for some time but the same program again & again re appears automatically and slows down the system. I'm out of ideas , please tell me how to remove it permanently

Hey. Could you run and attempt to remove this malware by using Adwcleaner: https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

Let me know if it manages to remove the adware or not.

i had a similar problem with a bitcoin miner virus, delete all the files you recently downloaded and run rougekiller. i tried everything else and its the only thing that made it go away permanently
