Good day!

I was using a friends PC then I felt the need to run a anti spyware and malware, found this:

Should I remove this or not? I can't find specific info on the internet and I just don't want to mess his PC in case this is just a false positive.

I don't know that anti spyware program, so to be highly confident I would download Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 (freeware) from here: http/rescuedisk.kaspersky-labs.com/rescuedisk/updatable/kav_rescue_10.iso make a CD from the image and then boot from it, let it update the definitions and then check the OS drive. It is highly effective and reliable.
