Malwarebytes Free vs Total Defense Internet Security Suite

I had the free edition of Malwarebytes for about 3 years and never had an issue with it. A buddy of mine gave me a key for Total Defense and I thought about trying it out. So I download the installer and during the setup it tells me I have to uninstall Malwarebytes because it will conflict. (Although it said nothing about SuperAntiSpyware) I don't see how it would conflict, unless Total Defense has real time monitoring. Is it worth uninstalling Malwarebytes and would I also need to uninstall SuperAntiSpyware(free edition)?

I would stick to Malwarebytes and Super Antispyware FREE editions. They both have a great track record.
