Maybe if people would get a clue and not get in the passing lane and proceed not to pass. If you want to be a Sunday driver thats fine just get in the slow lane and do it.

Doesn't matter...if the person is going 45 in a 75, and you can't legally pass, then you still don't tailgate. Why put yourself in danger because of an idiot driver? Pull over, take a break, or call the cops to report the idiot.

I had a chemistry teacher with an old car that ran dirty. He put a sparkplug in his tailpipe with a pushbutton on the dash. Didn't get a big flame, but it did surprise tailgaters.
